This Cookie Policy explains how SignalIQ uses cookies and similar technologies. It supplements our Privacy Policy and supports the opt-in model required by the GDPR/ePrivacy Directive and the CCPA/CPRA.

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files a website places on your device. "Similar technologies" include local storage, session storage, pixel tags, and SDKs in our mobile apps. Together we refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.

Categories We Use

  • Strictly necessary — required for authentication, session management, and security. These cannot be disabled.
  • Functional — remember preferences such as theme and timezone. Set only with consent.
  • Analytics — help us understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product. Set only with consent.
  • Marketing — currently unused. If we add this category we will update this policy and request fresh consent.

  • f4_csrf — Strictly necessary. First-party. Rotating CSRF token tied to the active session.

  • ph_* — Analytics (PostHog). First-party. Set only after you opt in. Retention: 365 days.

Your Choices

You can accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or open the consent settings dialog from the banner you see on your first visit. You can change your choice later by clearing the f4_cookie_consent cookie in your browser, which will re-trigger the banner on your next visit. You can also manage cookies in your browser's settings.

Do Not Track & GPC

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of "sale" and "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA. Because browser Do Not Track signals are not standardized, we do not respond to legacy DNT headers directly; please use the banner or GPC instead.
