How to request deletion of your data from SignalIQ

How to Delete Your Data

Disconnect a platform: Go to Settings → click "Disconnect" on any connected platform. This immediately removes SignalIQ's stored access token and stops scanning for that platform. It does not, on its own, revoke the grant on the provider's side (see "Facebook / Instagram / Messenger Data" below for how to do that) and does not delete signals, messages, or classifications already derived from that account — request account deletion for that.
Request account deletion: Email privacy@brandconnectai.com from your account address. A person on our team reviews and processes the request and will confirm by email once it is complete.

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

When we receive your request, a person on our team reviews it and processes the deletion of your account data — profile, signals, classifications, deal pipeline data, and draft replies.
We will confirm by email once deletion is complete, and can tell you the current expected timeframe when you write in.
Stripe independently retains payment records as financial regulation requires, per their own data-retention policy.

If you connected your Meta account (Facebook, Instagram, or Messenger), you can manage SignalIQ's access from your Meta account settings:

Facebook: Go to Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → Find "SignalIQ" apps → Click Remove
Instagram: Go to Instagram → Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Remove SignalIQ's access
From SignalIQ: Go to Settings → Integrations → Click "Disconnect" on Instagram or Facebook
Disconnecting from SignalIQ immediately removes our stored OAuth token for that account, so we can no longer read or send through it; it does not by itself revoke the grant on Meta's side, which the steps above do
Instagram DM and Messenger content already processed by SignalIQ is removed on the timeline above when you delete your account, or on request at any time
Meta's automated data-deletion callback is honoured at /api/privacy/meta-deletion: it verifies Meta's signed request, records the deletion request, and returns a confirmation code you can quote to support. It does not by itself remove connection tokens or erase previously ingested messages or classifications — for immediate token removal on our side, disconnect the account yourself in Settings, and email privacy@brandconnectai.com with your confirmation code to request full deletion
